Inside: a 5000 mAh semi-solid-state battery, a next-generation cell that's safer, more stable and longer-lasting than the standard lithium-ion you'll find in most portable chargers. Enough juice to fully recharge a device at least 1 time before the ChargePod itself needs a top-up.

On the outside: full Qi2 wireless charging at up to 15 W, with native MagSafe alignment for iPhone 12 and later, and backward compatibility with any Qi-enabled phone, AirPods or Pixel. A USB-C port lets you recharge the ChargePod itself or wire-charge a second device.

Every ChargePod is built to last, and backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Coverage includes manufacturing defects, battery failure under normal use and structural issues with the unit itself.

Not covered: physical damage from drops, water exposure, or use of the ChargePod outside its rated charging parameters.

The ChargePod uses a semi-solid-state battery, a more stable battery chemistry than the lithium-ion cells in most power banks. Each unit is safety-tested and meets CE / FCC standards before it ships.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused units in original packaging. To start an exchange, contact us through our exchange request page or our support team.

Getting the most out of your ChargePod:

• Charge your ChargePod fully before first use.
• Recharge it using the included USB-C cable, or any USB-C cable rated up to 15 W.
• For wireless charging, line your phone's charging coil up with the centre of the ChargePod pad, and MagSafe phones snap into place automatically.
• Skip charging in extreme heat or direct sunlight, and keep the unit away from liquids.

Keeping it in good shape:

• Wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth. Skip solvents and household cleaners.
• Store at room temperature when you're not using it.
• Don't leave the ChargePod sitting at 0% for long stretches. Semi-solid-state batteries hold up best on partial charge cycles.
• Covers pop off for separate cleaning. Wipe the inside, snap it back into place gently.
