First off, the customer service is well above 5 stars. My first purchase never arrive within the 10 business day time frame (still never received and it's been a month). I reached out to customer service and they were so nice and shipped another case out; which i have now received and it came very quickly. The case is beautiful and is very HD and appears to be scratch resistant. The only thing that bothers me is the solid white part on the bottom of the photo/case. It isn't the straightest and I wish the photo was all the way to the bottom, rather than this white dead space. Otherwise, I do really love it. When uploading your photo pay extra attention to where the center lies, my dogs ear were cut off due to the camera cutouts. This could totally be user error when uploading so I am passing along this bit of information to a future buyer. Overall, I am happy and would recommend.
Looks great! This is my 3rd Kaseme. I loved all 3, with one small exception. The photo on case #2 faded considerably. I really like your product! Have recommended.

We have purchased many custom made case now and LOVE them all! The durability is amazing! My hubby ran his over with his truck (oops) and the phone was complexly fine! We have had a couple fade quickly, like within 6 months. But most of our have lasted.
The case looks great and is strong!
