Every Clear Case carries an original KaseMe design, drawn in-house by our team of Canadian designers and printed directly onto the case so the artwork becomes part of the shell, not a sticker that lifts at the edges.

Every Clear Case is made to order in our Quebec workshop. Give us 3 to 5 working days to print and assemble yours, then it ships straight to your door from Canada. Warranty & Exchanges

We stand behind every case we make. Every Clear Case is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — think delamination, structural failure, printing flaws. If something is wrong with your case, we will make it right.

What’s not covered: damage from drops (the case did its job), normal wear from daily use, and cosmetic scratches on the exterior over time.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused cases in their original packaging. Custom-printed cases are final sale. To start an exchange, head to our exchange request page or reach out through our contact page.

Care & Installation

To install your Clear Case:

  • Remove your phone from its current case.
  • Flex the TPU corners outward from the bottom edge.
  • Slot your phone in gently, top first, then press down until all four corners click into place.
  • Run your finger around the edges to confirm a clean seal, and check that every port, button and the camera module line up.

To keep it crystal-clear:

  • Wipe the outside with a soft, lint-free microfibre cloth — the most effective way to remove fingerprints and smudges from the transparent surface.
  • Avoid alcohol-based cleaners, abrasive sponges and rough fabrics, which can micro-scratch the clear surface over time.
  • Pop the case off every couple of weeks to clean the inside and the back of your phone. Moisture trapped between the case and your phone can dull the finish.
  • Keep it out of extreme heat and direct sunlight for extended periods. UV exposure beyond normal use can affect clarity over time.
  • The case is treated with anti-yellowing material for long-lasting clarity, but keeping it clean and dry is the best way to preserve its look.

Very. The Clear Case is designed to handle everyday drops with shock-absorbing corners that help disperse impact on contact. Raised edges around the screen and camera keep the most important parts of your phone lifted off flat surfaces, adding extra protection during face-down falls. Each case is drop-tested for daily accidents because a clear case should still be a real case.

How are your cases designed?

Every KaseMe design is created in-house by our team of Canadian designers, based in Quebec. We don’t license stock prints or pull from third-party catalogues. Each artwork is original, exclusive to KaseMe, and drawn for our customers. Meet the people behind the designs on our team page.

Are your cases made in Canada?

KaseMe cases are designed in Canada and produced in our Quebec facility, where each case is printed and assembled to order. Local production means shorter lead times and a smaller footprint. Read more about our manufacturing approach and our B Corp certification on our about page.

What is the difference between Impact, Clear and Folio cases?

It comes down to how much protection you want, and how you carry your phone. The Impact Case offers our highest drop protection, with a dual-layer build and a printed back. The Clear Case is slimmer and shows your phone’s original colour through a transparent back. The Folio Case is a flip-style cover with card slots, a wallet and case in one. Not sure which to pick? The Impact Case is our most popular for everyday use.

Do clear cases turn yellow over time?

No, not with ours. Yellowing is a real issue with lower-quality clear cases because untreated polycarbonate reacts to UV light over time. The KaseMe Clear Case is made with anti-yellowing material and maximum UV protection to keep the case crystal-clear for the long term. Under normal daily use, your case stays transparent. To help it along: wipe it regularly with a microfibre cloth and keep it away from prolonged heat or direct sunlight.

Are all ports easily accessible and the buttons easy to press?

Yes. Every Clear Case is cut to the exact specs of your phone model, with precise cutouts for the charging port, speakers and microphones. Side buttons; volume, power, and the mute switch on iPhone, are covered by the layer with a clean, tactile click. No hard pressing, no guessing.

Does the case add a lot of bulk to the phone?

Not at all. The Clear Case is one of our slimmest options: slim, lightweight and comfortable to hold, it stays close to your phone’s natural profile without the bulk you’d expect from a protective case. The soft edges take the hard corners off without adding noticeable thickness. Most people tell us it feels like barely wearing a case at all until it saves their phone.

Are they MagSafe compatible?

Yes, with the right option selected. Each Clear Case design is available with an integrated MagSafe ring, which is integrated in the case material. When selected, this gives you full magnetic alignment with MagSafe chargers, wallets, mounts and accessories, including our ChargePod wireless power bank. If MagSafe compatibility matters to your setup, make sure to choose the MagSafe variant when you add to cart.

Will the case fit with a screen protector?

Yes. The Clear Case is designed to be compatible with standard flat-glass and tempered-glass screen protectors. The raised bezel around the screen edge creates a small lip that helps hold the protector in place and protects its edges. We recommend screen protectors cut to your specific phone model for the cleanest fit. If you’re unsure which to pair it with, our screen protector is designed to work seamlessly with all KaseMe cases.
