The front cover closes over the screen to guard it from scratches, pressure and drops, while the inner shell holds your e-reader firmly in place. The exterior is water-resistant, a spill on the couch or a rainy commute isn’t going to end your reading session.

A built-in hand strap on the back gives you a secure, ergonomic one-hand grip for long reading sessions without fatigue. Warranty & Exchanges

We stand behind every case we make. Every E-Reader Case is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, think delamination, structural failure, printing flaws or magnetic closure failure under normal use. If something is wrong with your case, we will make it right.

What’s not covered: damage from drops (the case did its job), normal wear from daily use, and cosmetic scratches on the exterior over time.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused cases in their original packaging. Custom-printed cases are final sale. To start an exchange, head to our exchange request page or reach out through our contact page.

Care & Installation

To install your E-Reader Case:

  • Open the case fully and locate the inner shell on the back panel.
  • Align your e-reader with the shell, inserting it corner by corner. Start at one corner and work around the edges until the device snaps securely into place on all sides.
  • Check that all buttons and the charging port align with their cutouts before closing the cover.
  • Close the front cover, the magnetic closure should snap shut cleanly and your device should go to sleep automatically. Open it again to confirm the Auto Sleep/Wake function is working with your device.
  • Slide your hand through the back strap to test the grip before your first reading session.

To keep it looking its best:

  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. The water-resistant surface is easy to clean, avoid soaking it or using alcohol-based cleaners, which can affect the finish over time.
  • Clean the printed cover with a dry microfibre cloth. The scratch-resistant print holds up well to daily handling, but abrasive materials will dull it over time.
  • Check the hand strap periodically. If it shows signs of wear at the attachment points, contact our support team.
  • Keep the case away from prolonged direct heat and sunlight, which can affect both the print and the magnetic closure over time.

How do I find my e-reader model?

The most reliable way is to check the code printed on the back of your device. Do not rely on the model name shown in your settings menu, it is often too generic to identify the exact version. We’ve put together a model identification table that maps the back-of-device code to the correct case size. Use that table to confirm your model before adding to cart. If you’re unsure after checking, our support team can help you identify the right fit.
