Are your AirPods cases shockproof?
The KaseMe AirPods Case is built to protect against the everyday knocks and drops that come with carrying your AirPods everywhere. The hard shell absorbs and distributes impact on contact, shielding your AirPods case from scratches, scuffs and surface damage. While no case is fully indestructible, the KaseMe shell significantly reduces the risk of damage from typical daily accidents; counter drops, bag bumps, tumbles out of a jacket pocket.
Are your AirPods cases compatible with wireless charging?
Yes. The KaseMe AirPods Case is designed to be fully compatible with wireless charging. Place your AirPods on any Qi-compatible charging mat and it will charge right through the shell, no need to remove the case. It’s also compatible with our ChargePod wireless power bank, so you can top up your AirPods and your phone at the same time, on the go.
How are your cases designed?
Every KaseMe design is created in-house by our team of Canadian designers, based in Quebec. We don’t license stock prints or pull from third-party catalogues. Each artwork is original, exclusive to KaseMe, and drawn for our customers. Meet the people behind the designs on our team page.
Are your cases made in Canada?
KaseMe cases are designed in Canada and produced in our Quebec facility, where each case is printed and assembled to order. Local production means shorter lead times and a smaller footprint. Read more about our manufacturing approach and our B Corp certification on our about page.
Where are your designs created?
Every design in the KaseMe signature collections is created entirely in-house, in Quebec. Our team of Canadian designers develops each print from scratch; no licensed artwork, no stock image libraries, no outsourced design. What you see on your case is original KaseMe art, made by people who care about what it looks like on your accessories.
Do AirPods cases come with a keychain ring?
You can choose to add one. The KaseMe keychain ring is available in gold or silver and is sold as an optional add-on with your AirPods Case. Each ring is engraved with the KaseMe logo and our signature "Dare to be you" slogan, a small detail that makes it feel like more than just a hardware piece. Clip it to your bag strap, your keys or your crossbody phone strap and your AirPods come with you without taking up pocket space.
Will the case slip off easily?
No. The base piece snaps firmly onto your AirPods case and stays securely in place once installed. The top piece is designed to clip onto the base with a clean click. To give it extra hold in the top section, a small adhesive sticker is included in every order, apply it to the inside of the top piece and it stays put even with frequent opening and closing. The fit is designed to be secure for daily use without being frustrating to remove when you need to.
Is it lightweight?
Yes. The AirPods Case adds minimal weight to your setup, at approximately 24g, you’ll barely notice it’s there. The shell is slim enough to slip into any pocket or small bag compartment, and light enough that it doesn’t change how your AirPods feel on a keychain or in your hand.
Is the LED charging light still visible?
Yes. Every KaseMe AirPods Case has a precisely placed opening on the base that lines up with the LED indicator on your AirPods case. The light stays fully visible through the shell, so you can check your charge status at a glance without removing the case or flipping it over. Nothing gets in the way of the information you need.
How do I install and care for my AirPods Case?
To install: snap the base piece onto the bottom of your AirPods case first, then attach the top piece and press down evenly until both pieces click together. Apply the included adhesive sticker to the inside of the top shell for a more secure hold. To clean: wipe with a soft microfibre cloth. Pop the top shell off for a more thorough clean, wipe both pieces and the original case underneath, then reassemble. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners and prolonged heat or sun exposure.
