How protective are Impact Cases against drops?
Very. The Impact Case is built around a dual-layer system: a flexible TPU inner layer absorbs shock on impact, and a rigid polycarbonate outer shell distributes that force across the case. Raised bezels lift your screen and camera lenses off any surface, so even a face-down landing keeps your phone safe.
Who designs your cases?
Every KaseMe design is created in-house by our team of Canadian designers, based in Quebec. We don't license stock prints or pull from third-party catalogues. Each artwork is original, exclusive to KaseMe, and drawn for our customers. Meet the people behind the designs on our team page.
Where are your cases made?
KaseMe cases are designed in Canada and produced in our Quebec facility, where each case is printed and assembled to order. Local production means shorter lead times and a smaller footprint. Read more about our manufacturing approach and our B Corp certification on our about page.
What's the difference between Impact, Clear and Folio cases?
It comes down to how much protection you want, and how you carry your phone.
The Impact Case offers our highest drop protection, with a dual-layer build and a printed back. The Clear Case is slimmer and shows your phone's original colour through a transparent back. The Folio Case is a flip-style cover with card slots, a wallet and case in one.

Are Impact Cases slippery, or do they offer a good grip?
The exterior is finished in a matte texture that gives you a confident, non-slip hold, a real upgrade from the glass-on-glass feel of a bare phone. The TPU edges add a soft, tactile grip around the sides, so your phone sits naturally in your hand without sliding around.
How does the case feel in hand?
Slim, light and comfortable. The Impact Case adds protection without the bulk you'd expect from a heavy-duty case. It sits close to your phone's natural profile, with soft TPU edges that take the hard corners off. Most customers tell us they forget they're carrying it, until they drop it.
Are all ports and buttons easy to access?
Yes. Every Impact Case is cut to the exact specs of your phone model, with precise cutouts for the charging port, speakers and microphones. Side buttons (volume, power, mute switch on iPhone) are covered by the TPU layer with a clean, tactile click. No hard pressing required.
Are Impact Cases compatible with wireless charging?
Yes. The Impact Case is fully compatible with Qi wireless chargers. Set your phone on any Qi-enabled charging pad and it'll charge through the case at standard speed. No need to take the case off, no drop in charging performance, no extra steps before you plug in.
Are they MagSafe compatible?
Yes. Every Impact Case has a built-in MagSafe ring integrated into the back, so MagSafe chargers, wallets, mounts and accessories snap on with full magnetic alignment. That includes our ChargePod wireless power bank, which clicks straight onto the back of the case for on-the-go charging.
How are the designs printed on the case?
We use a print process that bonds the design directly to the case surface. Not a decal, not a sticker, not a wrap. The result is a print that resists fading, scratching and lifting at the edges, even after months of daily use. Artwork that lasts.
Do Impact Cases have multiple layers of protection?
Yes, two distinct layers working together. The flexible TPU inner layer absorbs shock when your phone hits the ground, deforming slightly to dissipate the energy. The rigid polycarbonate outer shell spreads that force across the case so no single point takes the full hit. Rated for drops up to 8 feet.
Will my case fit with a screen protector?
Yes. The Impact Case is designed to work with standard flat tempered glass screen protectors, including our own KaseMe screen protectors. For curved or privacy-tinted glass, check that the protector's edges sit just inside the raised bezel before applying. Many customers bundle both for full front-and-back coverage.
Can I customize my Impact Case?
Absolutely. Visit our custom case page to upload your own photo, artwork or design, or start from one of our editable templates. Custom Impact Cases are produced with the same dual-layer build and the same shipping timeline as our regular line. Custom orders are final sale.
How do I care for and install my Impact Case?
Installation takes about ten seconds: flex the TPU corners open from the bottom, slot your phone in top-first, and press until all four corners click. To clean, wipe with a soft dry cloth and skip alcohol-based sprays. Full steps on our installation guide page.
