What is the KaseMe Rewards Program?
The KaseMe Rewards Program is your way to earn points by shopping or completing actions like following us on social media. These points turn into cashback you can use to save on your next purchases. Plus, you’ll get access to exclusive promotions and can refer your friends to earn even more discounts.
How do I sign up for the Rewards Program?
It’s simple! Click here or click on the smiley face icon at the top of the menu to access the sign-up page. You’ll be asked for your email address: once entered, you’ll receive a code by email to use as your password to log into your account. No need to remember a complicated password, a secure and confidential code will always be sent to you when you log in.
How does earning points work?
Every dollar you spend earns you points. Depending on your level in the program, you’ll earn cashback equivalent to 10% or 12% of your purchases. In practice: if you’re at the 10% cashback level, every dollar spent = 10 points. And every 100 points earned equals $1 credit to use on your next order.
What can I do with my points?
Your points convert into KaseMe credit. You can apply them directly to your order at checkout to save on your favorite accessories, both online and in-store.
Do my points expire? If so, when?
Yes, your points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. You have a full year to use them before they expire.
How can I check my points balance?
Just log into your account and go to your profile: your points balance is right there.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points can’t be transferred. However, you can use your points to place an order as a gift for someone else. You can also take advantage of our referral program: give $10 to a friend through your personal link, and you’ll receive $10 back in credit.
Can I earn points if I shop in-store?
Yes! The KaseMe Rewards Program is valid online and in all our stores. You can earn and redeem points wherever you shop. Please note that the program does not apply to purchases made through our retail partners.
Do I earn points on orders placed before signing up?
No, the program does not apply retroactively. Your points start accumulating once you create your account or place your first order after signing up. Good news: if you place an order without an account, a rewards account is automatically created for you, and you’ll be able to access it later!
Do I earn points when I pay with a gift card?
No, you don’t earn points when paying with a gift card, since the points were already awarded to the person who purchased it.
In other words, giving points both when buying and using a gift card would mean giving them twice.
So, if you buy a gift card, you’ll earn the points for that purchase, but if you use one, you won’t accumulate any.
Levels and Benefits
What are the different levels in the program and how do I reach them?
There are 4 levels in the KaseMe Rewards Program: Casual, Trendy, Trendsetter, and Icon. Each level offers you exclusive perks and rewards.

What benefits are offered at each level?
You can unlock perks such as:
- A welcome gift

How do I know how many points I need to reach the next level?
You can track your progress directly in your account. A progress bar at the top of the page shows how close you are to unlocking the next level, you can’t miss it!
When is my level evaluated?
Your level updates as soon as you reach the required spending threshold for the next tier.
However, since points expire 12 months after they’re earned, your level may drop if your points expire and you haven’t accumulated enough new ones. Your progress depends on your purchases and account activity.
Do I keep my benefits if I change levels?
Yes, as you move up, your benefits grow and improve.
If you drop down a level, you’ll lose the perks of the higher tier until you reach it again. Don’t worry: just keep shopping to climb back up!
Using Points
How do I use my points when making a purchase?
You can redeem your KaseMe credits directly at checkout. The amount you choose to apply will be automatically deducted from your total. Easy, quick, and convenient savings!
Can I use my points along with a promotion or discount code?
Yes, absolutely! If a promotion doesn’t allow you to use points at the same time, it will always be clearly stated in our communications and in your cart before you finalize your order.
Can I use my points on all products?
Yes, you can use your points on all products. If ever a special promotion limits points usage to certain items, this will be clearly indicated in your account.
Is there a minimum amount required to use my points?
Yes, you need at least $5 in KaseMe credits in your account to redeem them. Good news: there’s no minimum purchase required in your cart to apply them!
What happens if I return a product paid partly with points?
No worries! The points you used will be automatically credited back to your account once the return is processed. You can view all the return details in the “Order History” section of your account.
Referral Program
How does KaseMe’s referral program work?
When you’re logged into your account, go to the “Refer a Friend” section to access your personal referral link.
Share this link with your friends: each person who uses it gets $10 off their first order. And you’ll also receive $10 in KaseMe credit once their order is completed.
Please note: credits appear after 7 days, to ensure the order isn’t canceled or refunded.
How do I share my referral link?
It’s easy: go to your account, copy your referral link, and share it with anyone you like! You can also post it on social media to spread the word even further.
When will I receive my $10 reward after referring a friend?
Your $10 credit will be added 7 days after your friend’s purchase, once their order is confirmed and not canceled. You’ll see this credit in your account and in your points history.
Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer?
Good news: there’s no limit! The more friends you refer, the more credits you earn.
Example: refer 5 friends = $50 in KaseMe credit… enough for a free case, and more!
Technical and Account
I can’t log into my account. What should I do?
No problem! Just click on the smiley face icon in the site menu and enter your email on the login page. You’ll then receive a secure code by email to access your account. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

I didn’t receive my login code by email, what should I do?
Don’t worry! Sometimes the email takes a few minutes to arrive. Make sure to check both your inbox and spam folder.

You can update your email or personal details directly in the “Manage My Account” section once you’re logged in. It’s quick and easy!
